Cold surfaces. Less condensation.

Dry Cool for surfaces where warm air meets cold.

What matters in operation

Three reasons to look closer

Understand condensation

It forms where humid air meets cold surfaces. That is what Dry Cool is meant for.

Clean surfaces

Drier wall surfaces are easier to keep clean. Surface hygiene, not sterilisation.

Clarify first

Check temperature, substrate and moisture sources together, then request Dry Cool documents.

Warm, humid air meets a cold surface: condensation can form.

Schematic only. Actual effect depends on the building. Not a replacement for insulation, no promised savings.

Substrate preparation

For absorbent substrates before the top coat.

Application

Four steps to a finished surface

  1. Check

Substrate clean, dry, sound. Fix moisture causes first.

  2. Prime

Absorbent: Primario. Metal: specialist advice on corrosion protection and primer.

  3. Apply

Roller or brush, normally two coats for Inside, at least 0.40 mm dry.

  4. Dry

About 24 h per coat at 20 °C and 65 % RH, longer if colder or more humid. Reuse rooms only once sufficiently dry.

Guide values for Inside per its data sheet; Outside has its own sheet. These values do not apply to Dry Cool.

Clearly framed

What ISORYX is, and what it is not

Energy

Not a replacement for insulation or waterproofing. No guaranteed savings.

Acoustics

Room acoustics are not airborne or impact sound insulation. No measured values.

Indoor air

VOC emissions class A means low emissions, not air purification.

Moisture and hygiene

Less condensation depends on ventilation and causes. Surface hygiene is not sterilisation.

Fire

A2-s1,d0 only for documented tested systems, not universal.

FAQ

Common questions

Do Inside values apply to Dry Cool?

No. Dry Cool has its own documents; please request them.

Does it solve condensation reliably?

It can reduce condensation, depending on ventilation and moisture sources.
